First off, she hasn't done a single media interview since taking over and shows absolutely no devotion or otherwise to Hawks or Trailblazers for that matter. A real strange duck. Done a serious review of entire organization from top to bottom instead of handing out new deals without any consultation to 2 ass hats. Ms Allen claims the issues of this team have been ongoing for awhile, but yet her actions suggest otherwise.

Jody Allen is the worst owner since Ken Behring.

She's fine, I'd rather have a hands off owner, way better than Behring lol.

She signs the cheques, stays out of the way and allows football people to make football decisions, doesn't publicly speak about a sport that she has no experience in, and doesn't embarrass the organization like Dan Snyder does or Jerry Richardson did.

That is a good question. Fans get emotional. Today's win has invigorated the "let's bring everyone back" crowd. That's based on emotion. This off season we will find out how Allen (or proxies) analyze things.

- If she's trying to sell then it's quite possible that as many pieces as possible stay in place before the new ownership takes over. This possibility must be mentioned since it has nothing to do with whether or not Carroll, Schneider, Wilson or any one else's performance is adequate or not.

So let's presume she is not actively trying to sell. What should she do?

Step 1 - Talk to Russell Wilson. Put me in the camp that thinks great QBs are harder to find than great coaches. Wilson > Carroll. What does Wilson want? Is he happy? Would he be happy with minimal to no coaching changes? Would be happy with another year with Carroll and/or Schneider?

Step 2 - Run with Russ' answers. If he wants changes, you make changes. If not, then you have a separate conversation with Carroll. Those changes should be based on the larger body and results since the attempted 2018 reset. That includes not only record, but also playoff results. We've grown up some in the PNW and it's not only about getting to the dance, but how you do.

Once again: IF YOU WERE MS ALLEN, after you took over the team, what would you have done. Remember Paul passed away years ago? What you would have done in the years since?

Garbage teams change coaches, front offices, and QBs at the first sign of trouble. That's why they are garbage.

The best teams? They keep successful teams together, and don't react the way emotional fans do when the team struggles for 1 year.

The only coach with more wins over the past decade is Belicheck, and he let his knee jerk reaction get rid of the G.O.A.T QB.

Look at the other teams that make the playoffs all the time...Ravens, Saints and Steelers. Those teams have had the benefit of mediocre to weak divisions. No team more so than the Patriots.

Seahawks? The best division in the league, year in and year out. Multiple Super Bowl teams from this division in the last decade.

1 down year and people want to blow the team up and get the latest hot thing that always has a history of failing. Let's hire the Bears Coach of the Year! Jim Nagy! Let's hire the Colts GM of the year! Let's trade Russell for the Ravens back up QB because he played ONE good game!
