This could just be your standard PR before leaving town, but maybe this is why we haven't signed him. If he was actually holding out hope of returning he might not have wanted to commit to another team.

Definitely went through some type of episode a couple years ago, but seems to have been managing it since. The organization sticking with him through it is probably a big reason he wanted to stay Skol.

Under $10 mil a year to get a Pro Bowl caliber DE. Clowney wants twice that and it's debatable if he has had a bigger impact on the field.

Love Clowney but yeah if 18 is not enough then go..
