He fits the Hawks' athletic profile perfectly, but it is telling that Flores is prioritizing character and toughness, and decided to cut him despite posting 5 sacks in 10 games.

Was from one of the Cowboys “A+” drafts they have every year. :sarcasm_off:
1st round bust.

Seems like there's more to the story. He's young, talented and coming off a fairly good year not sure why he'd get the axe.

Yeah. Weird miss for a team that tends to draft really, really wel.

Dak, Zeke, Gallup, Tyron Smith, Frederick, Martin, La'el, Pollard, LVE, Jaylon Smith, Byron Jones, Awuzie. Dez prior to them. Lamb is a safe bet to hit.

Charlton really stands out as a miss for a team that tends to be pretty on point early in drafts. Mo Claiborne too.

I could see the team taking him on a 1 year 'prove it' type deal. Charlton is supposed to be somewhat of a head case though. Price will be everything.

Golden rule number 1 in drafting.
Do NOT draft guys who are named after food or military vehicles (see Tank as as example), neither will end well.

And I think this topic could have had a more creative title.
"Dolphins dump Taco in refuse bin, birds circle, hoping to see if 'Beyond Taco' meat is any good" or
"Dolphins vomit Taco back up, birds gather, Seahawks, Ravens, Falcons, looking for warm meal"
or... "...Dolphins vomit Taco back up, Jaguars, Panthers, Lions turn up noses, but Vikings bring salsa"

Good thing we never drafted Booger McFarland. Remember though, just cuz ya picks it doesn't mean ya gots to eat it.
