HOFer Kevin Greene Passes Away

Just announced on The Aftermath on the NFL Network.

RIP Kevin.

That sux. RIP

I met him briefly in a parking garage years ago in Pittsburgh when he was still with the Steelers. My brother recognized him immediately and said something like, “No way! Kevin Greene! Can I get an autograph??” Greene smiled and said “Aw, come on man.” Even though we were annoying him as he seemed to be in a hurry, he still gave my brother the autograph.

I wouldn’t have even recognized him. He wasn’t as big in person as I thought he would be. But dude was an absolute beast on the field. And way too young to die. I wonder what happened? RIP.
