The 68-year-old Arians is heading into his third season as the Bucs’ head coach. Despite the late start he got on his NFL head coaching career, Arians now has a Coach of the Year award with the Colts, a Coach of the Year award with the Cardinals and a Super Bowl ring with the Buccaneers to his credit. He’s building himself a Hall of Fame résumé.

Because he's a self centered a**hat who NEVER takes blame for anything. It's always someone ELSE who is at fault. And he worked with Manning, Warner and Tom fricken Brady......and calls himself a QB Whisperer.
He won a game in Seattle on a missed field goal by Walsh, and acted like it was him alone who won a game.
He got OWNED in his own stadium, yet had to tell everyone how he liked being at "home" in Seattle.
All while ignoring the fact that he couldn't beat the Hawks at home in Arizona.
He's a good not great coach. VERY overrated.

Wrong
And Pete has NEVER had a problem taking blame or putting it on himself. Complete opposite of Arians Nation.

Uh, Arians never coached Warner. The Cards reached the SB with Wisenhunt as their HC. Arians coached Palmer.
