No one ever said the vaccines have a 100% efficacy rate in preventing infections.
Here's the deal:

This means there will be breakthrough cases, especially with more contagious variants emerging. Currently 99% of cases in the US are the delta variant.
Regarding the NFL, it's a business. Packed stadiums can become super spreader events. Doesn't matter your political beliefs - NO ONE wants to shutdown again. Medical reasons aside, it makes dollars and sense for NFL teams to protect their business.
Don't like it? Watch on TV. It's really not a big deal.

And you actually believe that bs, even after a year and a half of censorship(even with experts and factual data), lies regarding effective treatments, lies and ridicule regarding virus origin, and flip flopping on not only mask effectiveness but also regarding the vaccine : we were told back to normal after the shot, now we are told we need booster shots, 3 for now, but if you still buy that then you're a lost cause.

Deaths from Covid meanwhile somewhere between 4.7 and 10 million dead.
Are you saying several people on the Saints staff dropped dead from heart failure after getting vaccinated?
Can you give us their names?
All NFL coaches have to be vaccinated in 2021.SmokinHawk":130kks6e said:
No. These rules don’t apply to any “legacy teams”.flv":wzcipvns said:Slightly off-topic but i'll be interested to see if the NFL takes any action against the Packers player who jumped into the crowd performing a 'Lambeau Leap' on MNF. Such action is specifically prohibited under current NFL covid19 mandates. 1 of the Packers coaches missed that game under the NFL's covid19 'isolation after close contact' protocols. The NFL could fine the player $14K.
Wow, not so rare? Some doctors? Meanwhile 2000 Americans, almost every one of them unvaccinated, die each and every day.SmokinHawk":2zngfvki said:Palmegranite":2zngfvki said:Myocarditis after vaccine very rare. Most feel better after treatment. Death from this is EXTREMELY rare.

It's not nearly as rare as we're being told. Doctors are finally starting to speak up about it.

Eight months later, Pfizer is down to 52 percent effective.
So what does everyone expect here? Of course with time there will be more cases. The difference is with the vaccinated (even with J&J) you see 10-20 percent hospitalizations. And it only gets to 20 percent or more in a community that's 85, 90 percent first-dose vaxed.

I'll just say this...it NEVER should have been a political argument to begin with. Its only a mandate because people IMO make irresponsible choices that effect more than just themselves. Get the damn shot.
Peace.
