I dont know what's more atonishing, the fact that Nagy always seemed to have terrible offenses or the fact that the Bears were constantly .500 win % every year (minus this year).

Never had a QB. Can't remember if Nagy drafted Trubisky but if he did he certainly had his chance.

Impossible situation on offense inheriting Trubisky at QB, followed by Dalton. Fields is too raw to start and there isn't a game-plan that works for both Fields and Dalton. The team's best player on offense wanted out.

The irony is that it seems that one more year of Nagy could result in major progress. IF Justin Fields could progress to next level. Big IF. I'm sure Chicago fans feel Nagy has had his chance and it's time to change.

Harbaugh IMO would make the Bears a consistent winner. Legit NFL coach. Hope he stays at Michigan.
