.266 lifetime batting average over 21 years? No doubt, solid. Over 200 Home Runs too.
Dude could tell a story, made you feel like you were there with him.

"Ya know, when the bases are loaded you can't walk the next guy because there isn't a base available"

RIP, the master of the obvious.

He would drive me nuts with his obvious statements, but he was a good guy. I thought he’d live forever, as he always sounded great when the M’s broadcast crew would talk to him.

RIP Ron...... and to quote one of your best lines “SEE YOU LATER!!!!!”

Ran into him once after an M's game at FX McCrory's. He was at the table next to us and we ended talking for almost an hour about old time baseball. he was a really good guy and had some great stories

VERY cool, would have loved to talk baseball with that guy. So much knowledge and so many great stories.
I've met Rick R. a bunch of times, he lives out by us, one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I never had the pleasure of meeting Red.

Rip Red.

Damn my childhood keeps slipping away.

Yeah, Dave and Ron were a huge part of mine. Grew-up without TV, so, I listened to a ton of Mariners on the radio.
