My favorite Godzilla or King Kong trope is when the helicopters or fighter jets, packed with enough artillery and bombs to obliterate any carbon based life form back into the Stone Age fly too close and get hit with a fist or giant tree.

If your thinking academy award winning acting then you probably will be disappointed, but from what I seen in trailer they could get some special effect awards, this is a trailer and typically not a finished cut and still looks awesome.

The trailer looks great but these movies have low ceilings. They're only realistically gonna be so good. That's not hating, that's just being realistic. Hoping for the best case scenario.
