Plus, there's a funny outburst from Mark Schlereth on there.

BOB, DAVE AND MOORE -- Hour 3 - Ray Roberts joins the show!

Former NFL offensive lineman Ray Roberts joins the show to talk about the Seahawks drafting Damien Lewis, and what the starting O-Line could look like in 2020.

Will Russell Wilson have great protection this season?

Then, the guys give their biggest takeaways from last night's episodes of The Last Dance.

A blueprint was presented on how some fans would be able to attend NFL games this year. Could it work? We end the show by finding out What We Learned.

Let's not put the cart in front of the horse. There are reasons for those kinds of stats that have nothing to do with gameplan. If we're ahead by 4 at halftime, it's probably because our running game is working very well, and the opposing defense is about to get gassed.

Either that, or we're playing a crappy team.

BOB, DAVE AND MOORE -- Hour 1 - Why can't the Seahawks get off to faster starts?

A stat came out that the Seahawks are 56-0 when leading by more than 4 points at halftime under Pete Carroll and Russell Wilson.

Are the Seahawks still too conservative with how they start games?

Mariners writer Ryan Divish joins the show to talk about baseball possibly returning at all in 2020 and the lure of the Korean Baseball Organization.

Then, Dave does his breakdown of Seahawks draft pick Alton Robinson. Could he be an impact pass rusher in 2020 for the Seahawks?

DANNY AND GALLANT -- Hour 2 - Brock Huard joins the show to talk about free agent potentials outside of Jadeveon Clowney

In Blue 42 with Brock Huard we ask three important football questions, including just how long Russell Wilson will wait to start working out in an open state.

Dan Wilson, former Mariners catcher, joins us to talk about his classic inside-the-park homerun and the Mariners blood drive.

Who eviscerates opponents the way Michael Jordan did? What makes an outstanding competitor?

DANNY AND GALLANT -- Hour 3 - What really goes on in a quarterback's mind?

Russell Wilson and Richard Sherman had a friendly exchange while exchanging jerseys after the Seahawks played the 49ers last year. What do you think was actually going through their minds at the time? No matter what it was, Russell exhibited his typical class as always.

In Around the NFL we check in on the NFL schedule, Andy Dalton and college football.

Love the effort you put out here for all of us on the board Ivo. Makes it real convenient for those not in range of local broadcasts.

You're welcome bud. I prefer to post only what I see as the best podcasts too, and eliminate the "time fillers."

I've benefited myself when I'm somewhere with poor reception and know right where to go for a "good" podcast.
