The "Hawks should have been flagged for unnecessary roughness" call was proven incorrect as well. The rule states that the receiver calling fair catch must give sufficient time for players to react and stop natural progression towards the receiver. There is not enough time on an onside kick for that to occur, so there cannot be unnecessary roughness on a fair catch call on an onside kick.
