Jordon most recently had the same role at Michigan State. He’s worked with the likes of Jadeveon Clowney, Cam Heyward, Chandler Jones, Von Miller, T.J. Watt and Maliek Collins.

From what I've read and heard guys say in interviews, there's more involved in having a successful pass rush than we might think. It's not just about the individual effort of the player; they have to communicate and work together as a unit to make it work. There has to be trust between the D line and linebackers. I think all of that started to come together during the Giants game. Now we have to see how they carry that success forward against tougher competition.
