First his wife IIRC and now a 70 yo man. Big, tough guy.

I believe I got skewered by Niner faithful not named rlkats on these boards for suggesting he was a POS after beating on his wife. Hmmmmm, guess he really is a POS.

I sincerely hope this guy gets real jail time for this crap.

Damn. Looks like the older man managed to fight back. Miller looks defeated emotionally. Don't know if that's the booze or him realizing how badly he just messed up. Maybe both.

Hope he gets the help he needs and that the other man is OK.

Breaking a phone is a crime in itself and at least in this state carries a DV tag. Should everywhere if it doesn't.

Probably pled it down to a lesser charge.

He's got big enough money for big attorneys, won't get but a slap on the wrist....

Sources say that man, who is 70-years-old, was punched in the face and suffered broken bones.
Nah. Chip Kelly doesn't use a FB. Miller was playing tight end.

His career is over, more than that he is gonna most likely finding himself in room with a view over at San Quentin. What an unfortunate situation. This is Bruce Millers " the Night Of" his life is forever changed and not for the better.

This man has serious impulse control issues that manifest themselves into substance abuse and violent behaviour. The old man is lucky his son was in the adjacent room and came to his rescue or he could have lost his life. His poor wife witnessed the entire altercation as well. This is terrible across the board.

He deserves to be institutionalized in a prison for the maximum allotted time for his crime without the opportunity to plea to a lesser charge. He needs counseling for substance abuse and general therapy for his anger as well as impulse control. Its time to stop coddling these guys and put them in a situation where they accept responsibility for their actions and the consequences of those actions. Deplorable that it got to this situation.

Charged with 7 felonies. Even pleading down his football career has gotta be over, and he should be doing some jail time.

Dude apparently got in an altercation in a sandwich shop earlier in the evening too.

Good riddance.
