I think Elway's dreams are filled with nightmares about the Seahawks.
Not just the latest drubbing, but back during his career.
We may have not always won those games back in the day, but Elway always knew he just played a game!
And those previous Super Bowl blow outs had to weigh heavy on him.
He panicked, started signing everyone who would take his money!
I don't think it is going to fix what is wrong in Denver.
I think they will be even less next year.

If Denver was the best the AFC had then I really doubt any team from that conference will win the Super Bowl for the next 3-4 years. There are just too many really good NFC teams that the AFC are not built to go against IMO.
