As usual, it wasn't the calls themselves as the timing of the calls. You could find a penalty being committed somewhere on nearly every play. These refs decide to throw those flags on the most critical plays.

Cincy calling that TO after a 2 yard gain on 1st down with 48 seconds was dumb. Save the TO go hurry up and at least you never have to worry about KC getting the ball back.
