Hurricanes and Rangers

It's been a rough 0-3-1 start for the coolest looking team in NHL. I'm hoping for a win this weekend, whether tonight against the Hurricanes or on Saturday against the Rangers. The most recent article I read says Brandon Tanev will be out for at least a month

My local WHL Silvertips have been off to a decent 3-1-0-3 start, and we've got local games against the Brandon Wheat Kings and the Portland Winterhawks this weekend that I am very much looking forward to!

The First Period is going pretty damn well for the Kraken so far. 3 goals, 1 short-handed, and they've only given up 1 to the Canes. Daccord is holding the fort down pretty well!!

It's still early (should be Seattle team's motto in all sports) but the Kraken kinda suck so far this year. plenty of time to turn it on though so nothing really to worry about yet.

I was at a local Silvertips game on Saturday so I didn't see the Kraken lose to the Rangers, but oooof.
