We really, really need to address WR in the offseason. We realistically have two guys we can depend on. If you factor in Jimmy, we have three.. but if this offense is starting to cater more to Russ and the passing game, we need the proper weapons.

Hope they address this in the draft and maybe even FA.

Richardson was a good idea at the time. however that time has passed.

Somehow if he makes himself a viable player in this offense (hoping so) he will remain a Hawk.

However he's just a guy right now. We know his "potential" but the chances of his potential seem to be small.

It's always nice to have that burner on offense who can go deep though and take the top off the defense. There's a place for him on the roster, granted it may be further down the bench, but he still brings a nice dimension to our pass game.

Isn't that Lockett though? How good could this pass offense be with a bigger target? Or at least an Allen Robinson type that plays bigger than he is.

I keep thinking the same thing, but aside from Sidney Rice, the team has yet to do more than dip their toe into the big WR market. They've thrown some mid to late round picks at it, brought it some older vets, but it doesn't really seem to be a big priority to them.

I know for a fact that they value RAC ability above all else, so it seems as if they are unwilling to compromise speed and agility just to get size.

If a guy has both, they'll get him. But big guys who can run like running backs tend to go pretty high.

Absolutely. But we do have McEvoy and 4 tight ends on the roster. Just saying another speed guy at the end of our bench could come into play against the right matchup. PRich likely played in the snow in Colorado, so maybe it will come into play Sunday against an average Packer secondary.
