We need to start out hot like we did against SF. What I find odd, is that after Russell got hurt, we find out they were gonna pull him anyways because we had such a big lead. My opinion is that Bevell called an aggressive game plan right out of the gate to get points on the board fast and allow us to pull hobbled Russell so he didn't have to play the full game. This team is capable of playing a full 60 minutes of football. It's just a matter of Pete allowing Bevell to call aggressively and not waste the first half of every game.

I think Chewy has the reverse effect in slightly scaring the viewers.

Under rated? I think they are the top Fox team for NFL.

Anyway, I agree, they are pretty good.

Something to consider about Jets/Chiefs.

While every game is different, there are two elements that did not bode well for the Jets:

Playing in Arrowhead
Playing against your former DC in Bob Sutton

Probably had very good knowledge of Jets offensive personnel plus Fitzpatrick from his Buffalo days.

There's nuance to this stuff. Main reason the Packers owned the 49ers in the '90s (as opposed to merely beating them) was Mike Holmgren knowing that 49er offense inside out. Packers were useless against the Cowboys, which the 49ers were more or less equal/better than by that point.

Jets are known to lay an offensive stinker once or twice a year anyways....perfect storm last Sunday.

This game will depend solely on Bevell's game plan/play calling. If it is similar to the 9er game (spread offense) the Hawks should win. If he tries that power crap the Hawks will lose.

Any reports on whether or not Decker is suppose to play? Sounds like that shoulder could be more serious than some thought.
