Russell Wilson has ( ridden/played ) his way out of a HOF induction . " Mr. Unlimited " has severely limited his chances of that ever happening ; but he didn't do it alone . His demise started several years ago ; and to be fair , PC's management of Wilson's talents most of his career were abysmal . IMHO

It's quite possible Wilson was never good at reading defenses and running a traditional NFL offense, which is why Pete put a huge emphasis on running a scramble offense which gave us the Russ magic nearly every game. Or Pete could have sat Wilson for a year or 2 as he developed into a better QB, and who knows if he would have developed. It's all speculation at this point.
