Pretty sure Russ was short-handing his well-known saying "1-0 every week" not "1-0 after this game". Oops.

I mean that's exactly and clearly what it was. He wasn't going to say "2-0" this week if they won or "1-1", it's not a prediction or guarantee. It's purely a statement of mentality. I can see how the Rams could use it I guess, but the media acting like it's anything else is a little silly. RW was praising the toughness of that team and front 7 throughout the week.
