Adds one more number before all the zero's he'll earn this next year. He's been a great player for us this season.

Would love to find a way to keep on the team for the next few years. He's gonna get paid by someone.

But why just 3rd down? If he could have that kind of impact on every down, he'd have 20 sacks and be a legit DPOY candidate. Does he save his energy for 3rd down?

Dude, one player can't be the best at everything. Besides, teams also run on first and second down, and he plays the run very well.
