Sac - Do the SF media not interview players over there or what? I haven't found anything... just fans calling to cry it out from their couches.

I don't know. I don't own a television or listen to local sports radio. I have enough trouble keeping that douchiness off of me as it is.

If players are interviewed it is usually after practice and posted on the 49ers main home page. But Radio interview or TV interviews? Very rarely. I don't always listen to sports radio on my way to work but usually they will get interviews on the by week.

That Article absolutely sums up my feeling on that game as well. Sloppiest football performance ive seen out of the 49ers in a very long time.

The bottom line: all the silly Seattle crowing aside (this was their Superbowl), this only counts as one loss. Sure, it's a division loss, which is bad, but it won't be the end of the world if we go on a tear in the next few weeks.

Why do whiner fans insist on saying , this was their SB, that's why they played us so tough?

How on earth was that our SB?

I gave SF (the team, not the fans ) a lot of credit before that game, and thought it was going to be a much more competitive game than that, but i did not consider it one of the toughest games on the schedule, mainly because it was a home game.

The game at the stick is a much tougher game IMO, not to mention the ATL, NYG, NO, Texans games. those are much tougher games to me. either on the road and/or later in the season games.. Yes this was a great early season matchup, heated rivalry, highlighted by the record attempt and national tv and all, but our SB? come on it's week two.. bunch of fricken morons....

What niner fans don't seem to get is, we as fans expected to win this game, the players went into the game with the attitude they wanted this game on national tv, Earl thomas was elated to face Kap and company on national tv and said so, much to the dislike of whiner fans.. we as fans are not relieved we won it. We are the better team and have been telling them this all off season. They're suprised at the outcome not us, this was another step to the playoffs and hopefully homefield advantage, nothing else.. Our SB, lol , smdh....

There were plenty of Niner fans that expected a loss, Hawker. I think they were just surprised at the lopsided outcome.

I think this guy is the only one who knows what he's talking about and not a butt hurt whiner like the rest.

"It is a big deal
Because we got outplayed in every facet of the game in likely the second most important game of the regular season. and because it has now happened twice in a row. Look 00 can come up on the roulette wheel at any time. But when it comes up twice in a row, it is time to find another casino.

The score at halftime was 5 – 0, but the game itself wasn’t close. We had 62 yards of offense.

The game was epitomized by the first series after the rain delay. The 49ers had an entire hour to review what the Seahawks had been doing on defense, study all of the photographs that were taken of the defensive formations and reactions, and come up with some plays that would be successful in that environment. So what happened ? We came out and ran three plays that went nowhere, weren’t even close to going anywhere and punted.

Next time we are scheduled to play Seattle in Seattle, we should just concede the game in advance. at least that way none of our players will get hurt.

You're right, i'm sure there were some, but still others will never give us credit, even when it is obvious the team deserves it.

They love pulling the "our season starts in January" card anytime they lose. "This was their Super Bowl..." blah blah /You have to say it in a snobbish voice too.

This game wasn't a big deal for me... and I was there.
It was 12-3 entering the 4th quarter with us spotting them a whole bunch of mistakes/points. The NFL is a 19/20 game season for us 49ers’ fans and this is just one. I get why it’s a big deal for a team like Seattle looking for and desperate for validation… because when you looked in their rafters the only 5 championship banners you saw said “NFC WEST CHAMPIONS”. We operate with a different level of expectations… and they start in January.

Whatev. That game was as big a deal to them as us, they know it. Just excuses afterward. Same ol niner fans.
