This is all being done to get the hell out of Cleveland. He is going to be a decent QB when he gets to go somewhere he wants to go.

I wasn't even referring to the chemicals. I am more referring to leaving town when he has a game. The other stuff is him sabotaging himself.

Both are damaging enough to put big concerns into GMs' and coaches' minds regarding a second chance for him elsewhere, especially considering his college antics. A lot of folks who might otherwise give him a shot will leave well enough alone, and that might be enough to lose out on the second chance he needs to succeed.

Yes, I can totally see that. He's a Russell Wilson clone but without Wilson's maturtiy and dedication to his craft. I could see Wilson helping Manziel develop those attributes and playing-style wise he's the ideal backup to Wilson.

And for all those people saying he will never grow up, lots of young men don't start maturing until they hit their mid-twenties.

My guess is that the kid has already spoken to Jerry Jones and has a deal basically in place and is now just doing EVERYTHING in his power to get out of Cleveland.
