Both quarterbacks figured to have played their last games with Goff looking very impressive, albeit against Air Force, but he still racked up 466 yards passing and 6 touchdowns in his finale
Paxton Lynch on the other hand, a guy getting a lot of chatter about being the first QB off the board and possible #1 pick if the Titans do not wrap that up.. struggled mightily against Auburn today.. only throwing for 104 yards with a pick. Auburn isn't exactly a premier SEC team this season, particularly on defense.. so this wasn't the best performance to go into the offseason with. Nonetheless his body of work and physical attributes will definitely get him drafted high in April.
Will be real interesting to see what happens from here after the combine and pro day workouts. I think Goff is the best QB in this class, but I also think he can be a major flop in the wrong situation (i.e. Cleveland or San Francisco)
