Pete's conservative nature only works with a good defense. The defense isn't good, and Pete can't adjust.
This is the post of the year and I agree 100%.Seahawlnut89":2opnmu6t said:Pete's conservative nature only works with a good defense. The defense isn't good, and Pete can't adjust.

The problems today were Lamar Jackson and the Raven's defense stuffing our offense in the 2nd half. Absolutely not a philosophy problem. Seattle threw more than usual today because Baltimore stuffed our running game, especially any wide runs.
Or did you just start this thread to gripe about Pete in general?

I think Pete is a good coach, but he believes in his defense too much sometimes. The 53 yard field goal miss, changed the whole game. It was a conservative call to keep the game close and momentum changed from there.
Playing this way you will win some games you should lose, but you will also lose some you should win because Russell has to play perfectly.

So the 2 defensive TDs didnt have anything to do with it? Its all Petes fault?

LOL.
