Anyone else still think steering and fixing doesnt exist in this league?

The officiating is ruining an otherwise great football game.
Anybody that doesn’t believe some level of “steering” is real in today’s NFL is either in denial or just being contrarian.

The NFL is getting tougher and tougher to watch.

So you get emotionally invested in something that you know is being tampered with?

Already stated but I’ll reiterate, this game should be over.

That Pi should have allowed the Saints to run out time.
Possibly kick FG if they choose.

Ridiculous.

Will be even more so if the Rams end up with the W.

I just think the refs are overwhelmed by the pace of thr game.
Refs sucked decades ago too

Agree to disagree...a junior school ref gets that right.

With 75000 people shouting? Lets not pretend theres no pressure on the refs.

Dont get me wrong... it was terrible. But its not fixed.

Why not fix the coin toss too?

NFL loves the storylines...gotta sell the game to LALA land...there's the pick...game over! Guess the next game I watch is preseason week 1. Absolute blatant steering...hope the fans riot.

I don't really believe in the "fix" either (not even during XL. There was some kind of psychology in play, just not a fix.)

But damn, it's hard for "suck" to explain that one. The previous missed PI/contact/whatever, that kept the Rams in the game at all was forgivable. But the one at the end of regulation? That wasn't incompetence; it was a definite choice. We're left with the question of why that choice was made.

And that's when it gets hard.
