Watching twitter for news of Mike Rob's physical, I saw the following tweet from Brian McIntiyre:

Not sure what to make of this - can't imagine it is to the active roster given someone will likely be cut to make room for Percy. Here's hoping he's going to the Practice Squad. Also, I think the move makes a certain degree of sense since we got rid of Stephen Williams and Lockette is another burner with some height...but it is still a weird move, even for a team like us that makes a lot of weird roster moves.
