Too short.

Not really, with Wilson they don't have to crop his photo :p

The Picture however could have been much more Seahawky looking I think, in a practice T shirt?

Still mildly curious why they chose that photo and not a cool uniform shot?

Wonder if it was a NFL rights thing and them wanting some kind of cut.

It’s cool and all but I’d be more impressed if he was on the box of CinnamonToast Crunch.

#WeatiesSuck.

Not about that or even close! Wheaties has always been marketed as "The Breakfast of Champions".

That is all they ever choose to put on the cover....no one hit wonders here...period.

Is what it is....Totally cool and they just sold at least 1 extra box to me!! 8) 8)

I think I saw where a unopened Steve Largent Wheaties box sold for 10,000 dollars a few years ago.

Yeah not sure, but Largent was in full Seahawks uniform back when he made the cover so dunno? All I know is it's a bit of a letdown to go with such a "meh" photo. They could have done much, much better. Not trying to take away from the cool factor of even making the cover but...

That was before Goodell and the league wanted their fingers in everything, they loved the noteriety of that time, how many players were on Wheaties from the NFL ? You had all sports involved. Now it's about revenue not marketing as much, they seem to think they are too big to fail so to speak. Also there is no team name and NFL logo or anything else on the Wilson Cover.

Grape Nuts is like eating ground up tree bark.

If you need an entire gallon of milk or a pound of sugar to choke down a bowl of cereal, it's a bad cereal.

That's how all our moms rolled. They bought us gross "healthy" cereal, then we drowned it with sugar to make it edible........................... which made it worse than actual sugar cereals.

Raisin Bran caused more cavities than just eating candy for breakfast. Our parents were idiots.

To be fair, I don’t think he ever bragged about eating one.

I recall him saying “many parts are edible”

:{)

Edit.
I actually laughed out loud when the thought hit me.

Wonder how many folks are asking themselves “who the Hell is Euell Gibbons?

I always eat Grape Nuts as a hot cereal, warm milk and brown sugar.

I used to have a Wheaties baseball cap that was my favorite hiking/climbing hat. People were always stopping me to try and trade their hats or even try to buy it from me.

Don't know whatever happened to that hat?
