Interesting player for sure.
Perhaps he's a better CB prospect in Pete's system than a S; but his short area quickness and explosiveness are special combined with his length make him a possible draft target. If he can run 4.50 or better he's for sure a high potential target. Think he might need to put some more sand in his pants, and to go into a pro weights program.
Rapp is interesting too but Tell has almost 3 inches more arm length, Rapp has elite short area quickness and better size, it'd be nice to have them both, but Tell is more in line with the usual DB prototype.
