Just judging from the difference in Coaching styles between the last few DC guys, tells you that Pete is more hands off. :vodka:
It’s not a typically successful MO, being one or looking for them in any situation, format or industry.
Regardless of how one feels about Pete at this point, it can’t be argued that he’s not one of the most successful coaches in football. Certainly our most successful.
I just don’t see him seeking out employees that would fall into this category.
I could be wrong, have been many times.
I’d love to hear a true inside the huddle take on this.
