You know things are good when the person who HAS TO be the center of attention 24/7 is giving props. That's legit respect from an all time great corner.
I remember when people thought he was crazy for bringing in someone the size of Browner.
When Tariq was drafted, all I heard about was his speed (understandably). I honestly just assumed he was a 6 foot/190 pound guy. To have that length coupled with such speed is freakish. He's like the Hummer EV of corners.
I think it's not so cut and dry as to say that catching the ball is the wrong move. I think people underestimate the juice it gives to the entire team when such a play is made. It lifts the entire team, or at least it can. I don't think alot of players were upset that he caught it. I'd rather him catch the ball and get the pick.
