It’s no secret I’m a TCU fan.

I had only a sliver of hope that they would be competitive against the Wolverines.

Started out very strong.

I’ve now got a bit more hope.

Well aside from being a TCU fan, I generally root for the underdogs, when I have no skin in the game

Why can’t the NCAA and NFL just say a catch is where and when you make contact with the ball just so long as the ball remains in the receiver’s possession until the end of the play? It’s simple and no body has to determine if or when the ball moves. I was always coached and coach to use your body. Bring the ball into the body for additional protection. No more of this control crap. Start to finish, do you have the ball?!

Maybe because he was on the ground when he caught the ball.

The receiver did not have possession until he was in the endzone. He did not make the catch until he was in the endzone.

It was an easy call. Only a few seconds in review.
Dude was on the ground when he caught it OUTSIDE of the end zone.
