So funny with people trying to fin an angle on this
1) PED helps years later so offseason is when many take it. Go with HGH during season to help with injuries
2) Everyone is subject to testing during the offseason. Sure some is going to get tested close to a picture they put on Twitter
3) If they do look at this stuff and then test people then I apllaud the league. For once they would be proactive in this issue. I haven't read the policy so not sure how random is defined. In Olympic sports they get tested way more and way less random. More of an all the time and even when people are in different countries on vacation
