Looked like miscommunication tbh. The line setting up for run and Dickson looking to kick and didn’t know what the hell the line was doing because not was blocking for the kick.

Because you can see it was looking to kick it because he had to make the choice to run

I don't think it was explicitly a called punter run, more than likely simply Dickson being given latitude to run it if he's sure he can get it
