Even if Dallas doesn't have much under the cap, the only good player they have going to free agency is Morris Claiborne (who we should probably be looking at btw). They should be fine.

Green Bay will always be up there. I think Atlanta is very well equipped on offense to be back there, especially since somehow Kyle Shanahan didn't get a job. Carolina will be back. Arizona is still tough. Minnesota will be healthier. Tampa Bay could be good. Dallas should be a tough opponent. The Giants have talent. Then there's always a surprise team or two.

In other words the NFC is steadily improving all over. This is a huge offseason for this franchise.
