I agree with the article. I think they have to sign him, but maybe his price tag won't be as high. He played well yesterday, so the timing of this is kind of interesting.

Also, league rules stipulate that they cannot negotiate with him until his third season is over.

I think the whole thing is BS, not to mentioned its not his 2nd season but 3rd and he has not regressed at all, just has less talent around him than the past, add the whole Harvin thing.
