Wednesday

SEAHAWKS

DID NOT PARTICIPATE
Dobbs, Demarcus....DE....Ankle
Helfet, Cooper....TE....Ankle
Lynch, Marshawn....RB....Back
Unger, Max....C....Knee/Ankle

FULL PARTICIPATION
Lane, Jeremy....CB....Glute

Dobbs is not going to practice or play this week (no timeline on his possible return)

Helfet is supposed to be getting some work in today and he MAY practice this week, and MAY play Sunday per Pete's press conference. He is ahead of Unger as far as healing is concerned.

Lynch is likely just getting his normal rest

Unger is getting some side work in, and it doesn't sound likely for him to practice or play, but they are evaluating him as the week progresses (per Pete's Press conference). I'd guess next week is a better time table, but until he practices it's hard to say.

Really hope they just forget about this week and slow-play it with Unger for a potential return next week vs. the Cardinals, where he'd be much more needed (assuming he's even ready by then).

It sounds like that is what they are doing. Of course you never know what's going on behind the words we hear publicly

Looks like, as Pete said yesterday, both Helfet and Unger got some light work in. This is good news, but he also cautioned that Cooper was ahead of Max, and that they'd both be evaluated as the week progresses, so one or both still may not play this week, but the fact they practiced is sign in the right direction

Waiting for today's report, but I'm guessing Helfet plays and Max is one more week away. Hope he's back for the Cards because their interior d-line is good and we'll need him to deal with that.

Pete seemed upbeat about Helfet's possibility this week, but it is still a game day decision. Unger is likely out one more week. Expect Lynch and Lane to play

That sucks for Davis but is great for the Hawks. Jonathan Martin has been an absolute turnstile at RT for them, as evidenced by Cliff Avril on Thanksgiving night.
