This game was a typical example of a Pete Carroll season. Start out slow, keep it close and end on a tear!

It's nice what playing one of the league's worst teams missing their best player at home can do.

I think the concern was is it would be a close win like the 49er game.

This Rams game is huge. If they can steal a win in LA, they would setup nicely playing the Giants (worst team in NFL after the Browns) and then two home games in a row.

I don't think overrated Luck puts up a better effort. In fact, Luck would probably throw more interceptions. The Colts will win a few more games after us with Jacoby Brissett, bet on it

So if the Hawks blow out a bad team by 4 touchdowns, they don't deserve credit for it. But the Rams (prior to beating the Cowboys) beat the same 2 teams we have, and they all the sudden are a contender?

Correct.
1 team is a 5 year contender, the other a long time pretender. There will be different accepted standards for each team because of this, as there should be.

Rams have had ONE good win. The other 2 wins, they had to go to overtime against this crap Colts team to win.
And they barely beat Niners (largely on a horrible PI call against the Niners) to win that one.

They could EASILY be 1-3 right now.

And with a couple of calls our way in Green Bay, we could be looking at 3-1...

Won by 4 TDs, 2 of which were score by a Defense which hasn't had the takeaways it has had in the past. Offense is still shakey at best.

That was the Cardinals in Indy. Don't forget about them, they may look like absolute garbage, but they are still hanging around. Rams beat the Colts 46-9.

Pity we can't count on the Niners to beat the Cards or the Rams and help us out. They truly are useless.
