Just passing it on, along w/links. If he can stay healthy, he's a pretty solid player. He has been injury prone obviously, but here it is....

Former Packers pass rusher Nick Perry is set to visit the Seahawks this week. Was released by Green Bay ahead of its free agent splurge. Fully healthy for the first time in a while

Has a connection with both PC and Ken Norton Jr. from their SC days. Could be a possible answer for an end opposite Clark. That is if he can stay healthy as already stated.

A one year stay healthy "Prove It" deal, playing a rotational role, & I think it would be the best fit for he and the Seahawks.

This guy does nothing but make plays. I have always thought he was really good.

Very injury prone. He's been in the league for 7 years and only played 81 games. He hasn't played a full season in his career. With that said, if he comes cheap, he'll be a good get.

It'd be hard to be less available/able than Dion Jordan and his poor knees.

If this dude was cut, he won't count against comp. picks. That's cool. He played between 11 and 15 games over a five-year period. 11-or-so games might be worth it, given the other factors, here.

With him the chief area of concern is his health. There a trend is certainly not your friend. He genuinely can get after the QB when healthy and could be interested in rejoining a D which he's played in before with Pete and Coach Norton. I would be jazzed by this addition.

Love how these guys get players on the 1 year prove it deals. I immediately think of guys like Avril and Bennett, and they played their butts off and earned new contracts.

The guy is barely healthier than C.J. Prosise. Packers fans are saying it'll be a miracle if he even sees the field.

He is always hurt but as a situational player on a cheap deal. I say hell yes. Since he has been cut he will not cost a comp pick.

81 games played. 32 sacks 46 QB hits

He turns 29 this season.

In a rotation and not every down he could be an asset, keep him fresher and we are big on health and taking care of our guys.

If I was a betting man, I'd say book it. I expect the Hawks to announce something soon.

To me he'd be an interesting addition which would improve the depth at DE/ rush OLB.

Today announced? Doubtful in my mind as Earl Mitchell is supposed to be visiting today as well.

John Clayton said he heard that Nick Perry was "favored" to be the signing.

Funny thing is, Clayton's wrong so often, and correct a lot too. I still haven't figured out how to read his statements. He's just so bland.
