This outcome is such a strong validation for how much the Seahawks have improved as an organization ....... as well as a comforting indicator of the future.

Sixteen players released by the Seahawks this season found their way to other teams, which might be the most-telling indication of just how deep the Super Bowl roster that Pete Carroll and John Schneider have compiled really is.

Not sure what the norm is, but that sounds pretty impressive. I know we used to say things like this a lot, but it didn't happen as often as we like to admit.
