That's not me. Hah, I've never bragged about it because to be honest I've had good runs and bad ones. I'll try to post my picks in here. NFL is not even my best sport for betting, but to say the least, I am addicted to sports gambling and fantasy football. As much as I love sports and the NFL, it's hard for me to watch a game without action on it or fantasy implications (aside from the Seahawks).

That was HawkWow I believe

One of my favorite strategies is to fade the heavy public favorite. I also like to bet on home dogs, especially in the NFL.

Right now the Bears-Cardinals game looks like one of those plays.

KC -3 (1x)

I'm taking this as I think there is a chance this line moves past a field goal. I don't see how Peyton survives the KC pass rush. Arrowhead is probably the 2nd toughest place to play after the CLink.

Lean: Bears, Bills, Browns, Vikings, Raiders, Philly, ATL, and Colts

And c'mon, I know there are other degenerates out there just like me  Chime in fellas!

Managed to pick up Lockett to score first last Sunday at 16/1 which I was very happy about!

I tend to do a small bet on 12 games per week @ about 180-200/1 and a bet on 5 games all to win at about 20/1.

Why is it? I've never bet on NFL but having Fantasy teams makes the non Seahawk games much more interesting.

Hammering down on Chiefs tonight.

Also taking them:

Chiefs ML -160 (2x) (3.2 to win 2)

This game reminds me a little of when NE went to KC last year on primetime and got blown out. Apparently the wind is blowing at arrowhead, don't see how Peyton holds up against that pass rush plus the wind conditions.

Pardon my ignorance, but does the -160 mean you'd need to bet $160 to win $100?

Yes.
Thanks. Sportsbooks know how to make a profit for sure.

Not every bet takes that much money to win $100. If you were to bet on the Broncos money line they are probably something like +140, so for every $100 you'd win $140. If you go against the spread you'll usually see -110.

I've always wondered what that was. Makes sense now when I see it on NHL or MLB games. Thanks for the education.

Yeah brutal. Very few games leave a sick feeling in my stomach, this game managed to do it. Oh well, got to move on.

NFL Lines I Like:
- Colts (-7) .. after a straight up loss they are 12-1 ATS

- Ravens (-6) .. Raiders defense is a mess, Flacco usually plays well following a loss.. and the Ravens themselves are 19-6-1 as a road favorite the week after they were a road dog.

- Giants (-2.5) .. Falcons just a different team outside of the dome, playing on a short week against a Giants team that pissed away a W they should have had against the Cowboys. No trends here, just a hunch play

I really like the Seahawks ML too, probably because I'm a homer.. and also hoping to see them at +4 by kickoff .. +3.5 is not as ideal as that extra half point

Dog plays I like:

- Browns +1 .. No real reason, just a hunch
- Bills +1 .. I think they win straight up, hoping some late Pats money pushes this to +1.5
- Bears +2 .. 10AM kick for the Cardinals and 87% of the public are HAMMERING the Cards. Smells like a trap
- Redskins +3 .. Just think the Rams are ripe for a let down game.

I like all the dogs you listed. I've seen a lot of people taking the Titans in MizzouHawk's Survivor pool, got a feeling it's going to end bad for them. The Titans were one of the worst teams last year, they beat the worst team in the NFL and now everyone thinks they are good

This will be the Bills superbowl. They are for real and Rex knows Brady very well.

I'm not crazy about taking the Bears and Skins, but I think they are a good bett. Westcoast teams going out east to play a 1pm est game never a bad bet. Keep an eye on Alshon Jeffery, he may not play. Think I may just take both on the ML, so if they split I still come out on top.

Saints, Steelers, Colts and Eagles look like good bets to bounce back at home with wins. I'd be pretty shocked if any of those 4 teams lost. I may have to put them in a ML parlay. I had my eye on Minnesota, but not sure what to make of the line movement....Detroit is usually a good fade on the road.

I'm with you guys on Bears and Bills. Don't like Racist Nicknames though. I get what you're thinking about the Lambs and a letdown, but I just think D. C. is so bad it doesn't matter.
