The situation is beyond complicated. Anyone who says they know the outcome - doesn't.
Facts:
1. Final proposals are due by all three cities to the NFL by December 30th, 2015.
2. The 32 NFL owners have a meeting scheduled to vote on LA relocation on January 12th in Houston.
Everything else is either heresay, rumor or one of the cities stating what they are doing to get it done. i.e.: StL has a city vote on the bonds on Thursday.
There are rumors about all 3 cities. Yesterday it was reported the NFL is looking into helping Oakland develop land for a stadium.
Crazy, crazy days......hopefully the Jan 12th owners vote is a final stake in this.
