I dont think Gruden gets enough credit as a coach.
His teams are perennially dealt **** circumstances. No one wants to play for them. And he always has to deal with numerous injuries at critical positions. Yet, every week, regardless of who's healthy, that team will play hard, hit hard, and have fantastic gameplans on each side of the ball.
