They're 3-6 so far on this road trip. They had at least a 3 run lead in 3 of those losses. Frustrating to know making the playoffs will likely come down to those 7 games against the Rangers when it didn't have to.
Nope. Can't bring myself to root for anyone but the Hawks. I'll root against certain teams if they're still in it (SF, LA, LV, Denver). Overall, I start looking ahead to the next year and hope for good football from the teams that are still alive.
That was a soul-crushing loss. Looking at the Rangers' and Jays' schedules the rest of the way - can't afford to lose games like this. I'm not even thinking division at this point.
Also, I don't want to see Leone pitch another inning. Liked him years ago but dude is terrible. Couldn't cut it...
1. Fuller - awful all year. Doesn't even cut it as a backup.
2. Mayowa - hopefully they get some edge rushers that can make an impact and not just load up on a bunch of guys.
3. Hyder - see Mayowa.
4. L.J. Collier - terrible pick. May as well cut your losses now.
5. Shell - Curhan looked decent...
1. Terron Armstead - Brown looked good the last couple of games but there were times this year where he looked awful.
2. Re-sign Diggs
3. Re-sign Reed
If its new players, it's Brian Allen from LA... Can replace Pocic with Brown to explain why. I also like Emmaunuel Ogbah from MIA... move on...
You're probably right. I'm hoping they can sign Armstead with all that cap space and it's unlikely NO retains him with their cap situation. Unlikely to happen though.
Looks like fun! One of the guys in the pic is definitely Ken Hamlin. There's you of course. Guessing the last guy is Jacob Green - looks kind of like him and I know he's a Texan.
I felt the same. Any time something didn't go our way (there was no shortage of that), I felt nothing. Pretty much the same way I used to feel watching a game in the 90s or late 2000s.
Problem is I don't see next year being much better at this point. The team is broken in so many ways that...
I'm okay with the Harvin trade for no other reason than that return in the Super Bowl. Knew from that moment on that the Hawks were gonna win.
Adams trade could singlehandedly set the team back years. Its by far the worst.
Not sure what he was looking at there since his head wasn't turned or anything nor was there anything to obstruct his vision. Looking at the replay, seems like he broke on the ball and actually tried to make a play on it. His attempt at catching was probably what's you'd expect from a D-Lineman.
