BROCK AND SALK -- Hour 1-Seahawks fall to Falcons, Mariners historic collapse to Kansas City

Salk starts the show (live from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center) with a bunch of references of 80's stuff that resonates with people who are bummed and/or looking for excuses not to get up and work today. Feels weird to say that we might have seen back-to-back horrible Seattle Sports weekends with the M's losing the Royals after leading 11-2 with Luis Castillo on the mound.

Salk is also furious that Jimmy G played terribly and let Russell Wilson put one last drive together to win the game on SNF. We listen to Pete Carroll's post-game press conference followed by Russell Wilson taking a shot at Pete.

BROCK AND SALK -- Hour 2-What is the real reason for the Mariners struggles? Blue 88

Brock & Salk try to figure out what is really happening with the Mariners. Injuries to your best hitters is brutal but it’s not just the bats. Errors, walks, balls lost in the sun and other pitching mistakes? Salk says the pitching is tired already and the weight of the expectations could be mounting.

The Seahawks aren’t very good and made worse if your QB can’t strike in the final five minutes, and the defense gave up huge plays. Brock's "Blue 88" gives a grade to Geno Smith’s performance, what changes might we see in personnel after this game and Brock shares his own drone story.

BROCK AND SALK -- Hour 3-Repenting for the Mariners, Seahawks Takeaways

The Days of Awe are here! Jarred Kelenic was the highlight of the weekend for Salk and we're all rooting for him to succeed, but seeing him actually deliver makes it even better. Once he can finally move into a corner OF spot he could be a huge contributor down the stretch. Salk gets into a biblical analogy and we all come up with things to repent for to fix the woes of the weekend.

In Takeaways Brock and Salk bring up the awful 3rd-19 that the defense gave up, how Damien Lewis's struggles may have cost them the game, the Lockett & DK margin for error and much, much more.

BROCK AND SALK -- The Pete Carroll Show

Salk has four positives from the Mariners weekend but Brock isn't ready for silver linings so he insists Salk discuss his positives in four different voices to make it more entertaining.

Then, Pete Carroll joins the show to discuss yesterday's loss, where he saw growth, what they need to improve on most, and what he saw from Geno Smith.

Saw Mathew on NFL Network a couple weeks ago talking about Geno with Rex Ryan who’s teeth look like nvidia invented a white that is whiter than real white. It doesn’t belong in this world. It’s too much.
