You are five times less likely to even catch covid if you're vaxed. Even the NFL stats prove this.

In any case, it's a private league, and these were their rules. Antonio Brown understands rules on an NFL field level, but thinks he can evade even NFL rules even off the field.

That's just false. The vaccines dramatically lose efficacy after a few months, natural immunity does not. Countries with the highest vaccination rates have seen much higher positive cases than other countries with low rates. Ask Israel how their strict vaccine policies have worked to contain the virus

He said he was immunized, and frankly it's no ones business. The league and the team knew exactly what his treatment was. The media and fans don't need to know about someones personal medical decisions.

The media, btw, said he acted selfish. Was he more selfish than the players who took their Pfizer shot, without actually doing any research, and later contracted and spread Covid? yJust wondering if anyone has bothered to use their brain before joining the covid cult and shaming people for something they are completely ignorant about.

You can still spread covid and get grandma sick if you had your shot, so isolate yourself at home or you are just as selfish as the dirty unvaxxed

If Rodgers felt it was nobody's business, then he should have said so when he was asked the question, but he didn't. Instead, when he was asked if he was vaccinated, the first word out of his mouth was "Yeah", a positive response, so he did lie about it. He then, like a slick lawyer, played a little game of semantics when he qualified his statement by saying "immunized" in a blatant and intentional attempt to create the impression that he was vaccinated. I have no sympathy whatsoever for his being shamed by the media and others. He brought it on himself.

The selfish part wasn't so much his refusal to get the jab, it was his intentional disregard for the protocols that put other people at risk. As far as who's more likely to spread the disease, a vaccinated vs. unvaccinated individual, the answer is so simple that a grade schooler could understand it. If you're less likely to catch it, you're less likely to spread it.

You are not less likely to catch it if you have been vaccinated. Even the people pushing it admit this and were forced to moved the goalposts to "it will prevent a more serious reaction". Good god some of you are incapable of putting 2 and 2 together.

The hell you're not! Vaccine efficacy has waned over about 6 months time and due in part to the arrival of the Delta variant, but they still remain very effective at preventing infection, just not as effective as they were when they were first rolled out. These vaccines were unparalleled in their original effectiveness and are truly a modern miracle.

Moderna and Pfizer were originally at 95% and are now down to about 50%, about the same efficacy as an annual flu shot, but that wasn't completely unexpected. We've always been told that we may need boosters. From the NYT dated Nov. 11:

In fact, many studies show that the vaccines remain more than 50 percent effective at preventing infection, the level that all Covid vaccines had to meet or exceed to be authorized by the Food and Drug Administration back in 2020.

It's not hard to research. There's multiple agencies and organizations, both private and governmental, domestic and international, that confirm these findings.

That's the problem, you actually believe efficacy was ever at 95%. It never was. And no, booster shots were not always expected, they were not even mentioned last year. We were told when we get a vaccine we would go back to normal. Booster shots were talked about after vaccines were released. Now we are told yearly booster shots will be the norm.

Sorry, can't help people who have been too ignorant to pay attention to the moving goalposts the last couple years and what the obvious agenda is behind it. You go ahead and enjoy being forced to take a one size fits all medical procedure with the threat of being ostracized from society, while at the same time still being forced to cover your face and show your papers. Really, thanks for doing your part in ruining the country for the rest of us

...and again, the same people are using a 'Player Suspended' topic to push their own agenda on a different topic.

You're right. I'll cease and desist. No sense feeding the trolls.

You brought up Rodgers by claiming he told the Packers he wasn't vaccinated. Just a simple lie that needed correcting, along with a few others.
