It was national - or at least West Coast. My wife works for them and they have a Seahawk email thread. A Seattle person wondered the same thing and someone from SF chimed in, "Yep, we're seeing it here too." Haha.

I've always thought the irony of a niner (miner) being a profession whose work consists of literally digging up the past at the prospect of glory to be amazingly fitting.
