More deserving, and shouldn't be in either:

Philip Rivers
Eli Manning
Phil Simms
Matt Ryan
Carson Palmer
Vinny Testaverde
Drew Bledsoe
Joe Flacco
Donovan McNabb
Alex Smith
Tony Romo
Dave Krieg
Cam Newton
Boomer Esiason

Dude was a legit multi-year starter, the first this team had since Krieg left town. He had a great personality and played well. But there are so many QBs who I'd put farther up the list than him. He only was picked for the Pro Bowl three times and obviously had no All-Pro selections, not even second team.

If that Wilson guy keeps playing at high level for a few more years he'll have a really good shot.

We've been so lucky to get a solid QB then a top one back to back after suffering through so much crap at the position for so long. There were some small bright spots like Moon and Kitna along the way, but having the better part of 20 years of a Hasselbeck/Wilson situation has been so good.

Palmer was the real deal. He was legitimately seen as a top-3 quarterback before his knee got destroyed by Von Oelhoffen. His 2005 season was great, he threw the ball so effortlessly. I always wonder how his career would've gone if the Bengals weren't cursed - and coincidentally how Seattle's 2005 season would've gone, because the Bengals were gonna beat the Steelers if Palmer was able to play the game.

Hell, even the play Palmer got injured on (their first offensive play of the game) was a completed 66 yard bomb to Chris Henry.

If Palmer were a Steeler or something, he'd be in the Hall of Fame conversation. I'm confident in that.

Yes! I said what I said!

Hall of fame for most gracefully bald men, maybe.
I was thinking of a bald joke for justification but I had nothing...strong work!

Glad to hear we were on the same wavelength there. Great minds, etc etc.
