Why in the love of all that is holy would they go for it on 4th and 1 with less than a minute to go in what would be opposing field goal range should they not convert?

There's probably a 30% chance maximum that decision leads to a touchdown for Seattle given the situation, and the risk is absurd in a close game.

I did not object to us not going for it on 4th and 1. I objected that Geno stopped instead of diving forward tor the first on 3rd down. He literally stopped. Bosa caught him from behind as a result.

There was a 0.0% chance they would have made a fg attempt. They would have just walked the ball into the endzone carrying 9 defenders on their back.
