The Eagles Dline DID jump but you have to snap the ball for that to work.
That was on our OLINE for not taking advantage of it.

Our C is not trained to snap the ball when a player jumps into the neutral zone. Likewise, our OL is not trained to touch him.

Difference is, if you snap the ball it's a offside free play. If G or T react, its an encroachment no free play.
